THE TRANSACTION WAS STRUCTURED UNDER A WALK IN WALK OUT MODEL, MEANING THE BUYER TAKES CONTROL OF A FULLY OPERATIONAL BUSINESS. THIS INCLUDES NOT ONLY THE LAND AND CATTLE, BUT ALSO STAFF, MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, MACHINERY, TRUCKS, AIRSTRIPS AND A FLEET OF AIRCRAFT AND HELICOPTERS USED FOR INTERNAL LOGISTICS.
